Le Pain Quotidien
Posted in citylivingLe Pain Quotidien Arrives to NYC's Waterfront at Riverhouse
Founded by Belgian chef Alain Coumont, Le Pain Quotidien is a bakery and cafe that serves an array of breads, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches - all made fresh daily - to enjoy at their signature communal table or to take away to work or the park.
All of Le Pain Quotidien’s breads are made by hand using only organic ingredients, and whenever possible they source organic fruits, vegetables, and artisanal cheeses for their menu. They also offer freshly brewed European and American style coffee, steeped teas, and soft beverages. Their commitment to sustainability extends to the built environment with furnishings made from reclaimed wood, energy efficient lighting and the use of environmentally friendly cleaning supplies and packaging.
In addition to freshly baked breads and pastries, you can purchase Le Pain Quotidien’s organic jams, chocolate spreads, granola, coffee, and other specialty products to enjoy at home.
